ODEN Disability Awareness & Confidence Training for Business

To help be prepared, Life Directions Employment has offered area businesses a series of short 2-hour Disability Awareness & Confidence Learning webinars from the Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN). This knowledge provides Business Owners and Senior Leaders with valuable training to help them support a diverse workforce. Each session is focused on disability inclusive hiring and is facilitated by a Disability Employment and Inclusion Specialist. With this learning the decision maker will be better equipped to increase their capacity to attract, hire and retain people who have a disability. The learning outcomes of the 2-hour Disability Awareness & Confidence Learning webinars:

As a compliment to the session, Life Directions is offering a full-day session for your Human Resources Teams and Hiring Managers during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, October 2024 as well as two-half day webinars for those who can’t make it to the October session
