Men’s Group Dundalk

Come and join Ron for a free one-on-one session where you will have a safe space to talk about topics that weigh heavy. Our goal with one-on-one men's sessions is to promote positive mental health, help create coping strategies and give men in the community a place to feel they can express themselves without fear of judgment.
