This is the Group Mentorship for Hope Haven!
Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes, dress for the weather, and fill out the Hope Haven Waiver Form. If you need support to complete this waiver, please meet us at the Life Directions Employment office in Flesherton at 2:00 on the day before heading over to the farm.
