Mens Drop-In Group

Come and join us for our first men's drop-in group.

Pizza dinner, juice and water provided. No cost for this event.

The goal of this first men's gathering:

• Introduction - get to know eachother
• Create group guidelines, creating a safe space
• Reflect on the principals of respect, boundaries, dignity, equality and confidentiality
• Addressing the needs of the participants
• Talking about anxiety, stress, depression, anger
