Life Directions is hosting Men's Group every Wednesday from September 11 to October 16 6:30-8:30pm at the Flesherton Library. This is open to the community and we welcome all expressions of Men to join us. The meeting time has been scheduled to work with the southbound route of the Grey Transit bus routes.
Together we will practice and integrate the principles of:
- Grounding to the Present Moment
- Personal Boundaries
- Self Esteem
- Family of Origin
- Transparent Communication
- Conflict Resolution
- Developing and Implementing Skills to Manage Work Stressor
