Men exploring everyday life. We will practice and integrate the principles of personal boundaries, transparent communication, conflict resolution, and self esteem.
We will practice and integrate the principles of self awareness in body, mind and soul. We will explore and develop self trust and the ability to consciously speak our voices. This journey will open the relational field for men to have right to be, become and belong in the ever changing relational fields in community, society and our ever changing world…
As we come together we will create a group safe space. Together practicing being present and self awareness, the healing process begins….
This is a 6-8 week gathering. The sessions will be 2 hours with a pizza and a refreshment break .
